"That man's nuts! Grab 'im!"

I almost never do this, but I've just learned that veteran comedy writer Jerry Belson passed away.

The reason I'm making this post is because of the post title. From the 1978 Burt Reynolds comedy, The End (which Mr. Belson scripted), it is one of the funniest lines I've ever heard in a motion picture. In fact, just about anything Dom DeLuise said in that film was hilarious.

Thanks for the laughs, Mr. Belson. We'll miss you.
