Some good news in these trying times. You know that breakfast sandwich that Harley wanted so desperately in Birds of Prey?

Trying to make that myself is definitely on my to-do list.

Tonight, at least, in the before time, I had planned to take part in a Geeks Who Drink quiz, but...well, plans change.

It was a "Bob's Burgers"-themed one and part of the fun of these is checking out the team names.

Here are some of the ones I workshopped for my team of one:

Unbelizeable!

Bob's Pesto Control

Candy Randy

Ow, My Face!

Thank You for Being a Frond

I couldn't decide, though I was leaning toward "Unbelizeable!".

Plastics.

Between the ongoing pandemic (for real, I've put on more hand sanitizer in the last three weeks than in the nearly 39 years leading up to it), the - at best - incompetent effort to curb it and the recent plastic bag ban set in place, this has been the worst March ever.

All is not lost, though: in clearing out some of the garbage downstairs, I stumbled onto two bags of discarded plastic bags. And I was ordered to throw them away? I'll throw myself into a trash compactor before I do that to those bags.

BTW, I'm gonna be keeping corona talk to a minimum around here; life is too damned depressing enough without having to worry about a (hopefully curable) disease.

Yeah, forget what I said before about day trips to Toronto; people coughing into their hands then touching every fucking thing with the hands they just coughed in and people not even bothering to cover their mouths when they cough* have made me far too paranoid.

Still, there is a glimmer of hope. As seen on Twitter:

Would it surprise you to learn that I've been preparing for this my whole life?

* - If society breaks down because of governmental incompetence (and is this scenario really in doubt, at this point?), just think of me as Frank Grillo in the Purge sequels...or Frank Grillo in anything, really.
